Allen Meadows - Score: 90-93 (2020 April)

A wonderfully fresh nose combines a variety of dark berry aromas with those of earth, violet and a lovely variety of spice elements. The vibrant, rich and beautifully intense medium-bodied flavors possess fine mid-palate concentration as well as slightly better length on the more complex finish. There is a hint of backend raspiness but it stops short of actually being lean.
